As a certified Reiki practitioner trained in the Usui System of natural healing, I have completed both my First Degree (Shoden) and Second Degree (Okuden) in Reiki. During a Reiki session, you'll lie down fully clothed, and I'll place my hands on or near your body, transferring energy to help you activate your natural healing processes.
