As a someone who has also experienced and recovered from an unhealthy relationship, I understand how challenging  it can be to set and enforce healthy boundaries.  When you have lived a long time with a lack of healthy boundaries, it can be difficult to even understand what a healthy boundary is!  We all have certain boundary blocks and you cannot change anything until you have awareness. That's why I'm passionate about helping others through hypnotherapy as this is what helped me to recognise why I was where I was.  Here are some ways that hypnotherapy can help you on your journey:
