Group hypnotherapy sessions (via Zoom) are a wonderful way of accessing powerful hypnotherapy in the comfort of your own home with the support of like-minded people.
Many different themes and issues can be explored from anxiety/stress to fears and phobias (of which there are hundreds!) to confidence/self-esteem, losing weight, pain management, past lives and much, much more!
The goals of the group sessions are to address issues in a safe, nurturing and empowering environment. You will find these sessions incredibly relaxing and even after one session you will notice a shift in your energy, a lightness to your being.
You will learn how to use hypnosis to;-
Help you manage any issues so that you can live your life in the most positive and balanced way.
Help you access the powerful subconscious mind to change habits, update neurological pathways and instil new patterns of behaviour.
Help you feel more inner peace, more inner calm whenever and wherever you need it.
Help you to feel and be more in control of your life by learning that you can change how you think and how you feel regardless of what is going on around you.
Dates (Starts Tuesday 6th Sept)
Group sessions will be live via Zoom (and recorded so they can be replayed) and will take place on a Tuesday evening at 7pm-8.30pm. They will run on a 4 weekly basis with a short break between each one. The first 4 weeks will be on "Managing Anxiety."
The cost of the 4 weeks is only £60. This is roughly equivalent to one private session.
The fee is paid in advance (to secure your place) when you complete your registration form and return it.
There are no refunds if you don’t show up but of course you will have a recording to watch at your leisure.
How do I sign up?
Each person must first complete the contact form below. You will then be sent a registration form which needs to be completed and returned along with payment of the fee.
Although hypnosis is perfectly safe, please be aware that there are some medical conditions in which hypnosis is contraindicated. Please answer honestly when completing the registration form as this is for your own safety and enjoyment!
What do I need?
Zoom app on your pc, computer or phone
A pair of earphones
Good internet connection
A drink of water
A comfortable quiet and warm place to sit or recline
A “do not disturb sign on your door!”
To make the most of your sessions please ensure:-
Pets are kept out
Children/partners know you cannot be disturbed
Doorbell (if possible) and phones are turned off!
You do not eat during the session
